    • Pursues all action necessary todetect and avoid late delivery of vendor documentation, engineeredequipment and bulk materials.
    • Review vendorproduction schedules, monitors vendor workload and status ofsub-vendor orders. Anticipates delays and bottlenecks and workswith vendor to resolve problems whenidentified.
    • Participates and contributes toEPIC Contractor telephone calls with major vendors and suppliers tomonitor progress (actual vs planned) and provides EPIC Contractorwith assistance in addressing areas ofconcern.
    • Through liaison with the planningDept, monitors and advises EPIC Contractor on vendor shipments ofengineered equipment and bulk materials in sequence with fieldconstruction requirements.
    • Expedites EPICContractor for timely submission of SPIR forms, SAP entries andtimely delivery of Commissioning and First Year Operating Spares,in collaboration with procurement and Operations departments, endusers and warehousing.
    • Provides PMT Managementwith timely, effective, and efficient reporting of vendordocumentation submittals and engineered equipment and bulk materialdeliveries.
    • Coordinates and supports other PMTdepartments - QAQC, Engineering, Construction and Commissioningwhere necessary.
    • Implement the elements ofmanagement system applicable to yourfunction.
    • Undertake familiarization withProject and discipline specific inspection documentation to ensureunderstanding of contract requirements and implementation duringproject execution,
