    JobPurpose

    • Supervisesand controls the Companys recruiting process ensuring corporatestandards in providing all levels of qualified personnel requiredfor efficient operations. Markets the Companys Employee ValueProposition to attract select and obtain competent requiredinterested parties.

    • Challengeslie in facilitating various stakeholder needs whilst encouragingongoing progression of the recruitment process and maintainingCompany standards within a multicultural multinationalenvironment.
    • Undertakingand completing on multidimensional analytical tasks within narrowtime periods and providing and facilitating solutions for allstakeholders involved.
    • Actsas a source of guidance on specific technical sourcingapproaches.
    • Understandingand keeping informed on the legal implications of the recruitmentprocess on a global scale and reaching the best outcome for allparties involved.

    KeyJobAccountabilities

    • Determineand execute sourcing approaches with global reach aligned toSourcing framework and contributes to frequent evaluation of theseapproaches.
    • Screen qualifiyto short list applicants utilising key defined role requirements indiscussion with internal stakeholders. Selection interviews basedon competence methodology and coachs client interview panels incompany standard tools and techniques.
    • Negotiate and facilitate keystakeholders during offer management activities and preparesappropriate offers of employment for direct hire candidates.
    • Lead New Joiner HRInductions progressing employment formalities including EmploymentContracts Confidentiality Agreements Welcome Packs and required HRpolicy formalities.
    • Contribute to setting divisionalperformance targets and monitoring and evaluating these and provideinput in to the information management requirements and analysesthe divisions data on recruiting activities including compilationof key reports presentations theming and providingrecommendations.

    KeyJobAccountabilities

    • Contributeto technical system innovations through project lifecycle andresearch and contribute to the implementation and / or integrationof new systems where applicable.
    • Drive execute and embed businesscontrols in accordance with role responsibilities resolving issuesby utilising precedent and initiative in more demanding lessfamiliar situations. Contribute to the review of existing processesconcerning process maps procedures and guidelines.
    • Prepare regular reports formanagement and line departments detailing recruitment progressagainst approved manpower plans.
    • Execute the Secondee nominationapproach to the shareholders and maintain the nominations. Preparesregular reports for management and line departments detailingrecruitment progress.

    Qualifications

    • BachelorsDegree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management.

    Knowledgeand/orExperience

    • 8years experience in Human Resources inclusive of at least 5 yearsexperience in recruitment and previous supervisoryexperience.
