- Review andapprove architectural interior layout drawings of offices developedby design team for compliance with standards regulations businessrequirement and approved space allocation matrix.
- Directthe preparation of drawings and documents including appointment ofConsultants and ensure timely submission applications reportsdrawings as well as other correspondence to the authorities.
- Review all regulatory agency submission materials toensure timeliness accuracy comprehensiveness or including itsimpact of work items to be carried out for implementation of theapproved plans.
- Review and approve the scope of worksdeveloped by in house team as well as appointed Consultants foroutsourcing of the work items inside offices required for businessoperations development improvement works as well as tasks neededfor making building interiors compliant with regulations.
- Monitor regulatory updates and provide regulatoryguidance to departments or development project teams regardingdesign development evaluation or marketing of drawings andspecifications.
- Formulate or implement standardoperating procedures to ensure that regulatory compliance ismaintained or enhanced for each category and location.
- Communicate regulatory related information to multiple internaldepartments and ensure that information is understood andinterpreted correctly.
- Serves as a liaison betweenregulatory bodies and Corporate Services division ensuring projectsare in compliance applicable construction codes state andinternational standards
- Manage activities such as designreview regulatory agency inspections close out submissions onlinesubmissions to ensure that required formalities are completed ontime.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant applicableregulations including proposed and final rules and developstrategies for management review.
- Provide responses toregulatory agencies for ongoing submissions and / or issues /concerns highlighted by authorities.
- InvestigateNonconfirming reports and prepare documentation and submissions toappropriate regulatory agencies as necessary.
- Reviewproduct specifications / marketing literature or user manuals toensure that details submitted by Contractor / Suppliers / Vendorsfor use within QR Properties comply with regulatory agencyrequirements.
- Implement or monitor complaint processingsystems to ensure effective and timely resolution of all complaintinvestigations.
- Develop and maintain standard operatingprocedures applicable for interior fit out works sourcing andapproval of furniture change management enabling works officeoccupancy including moves.
- Establish regulatorypriorities for budgeting and allocate resources and workloads.
- Train Departmental staff in regulatory related policiesor procedures.
- Monitor emerging trends regardingindustry regulations to determine potential impacts onorganizational processes.
