    Desired CandidateProfile


    • Apply a proactive approach toensure that services to our internal and external customers are ofthe highest quality at all times.
    • Deliver regular Healthand Safety inductions to the business encompassing BusinessContinuity and Display Screen Equipment processes and riskassessments.
    • Be responsible for Business Continuitytesting and subsequent report delivery following exercises.
    • Emergency key holder supporting the Facilities Managerwith out-of-hours call outs.
    • Drive environmentalawareness projects and deliver noteworthy quality communicationsand reports.
    • Be proactively involved in Corporate SocialResponsibility within the organization and work with the internalCSR team.
    • Provide support to the Facilities Manager andFront of House Team Leader as required.
    • Maintain theinternal and external postal service process including managementof courier deliveries.
    • Be responsible for the BMS,provide reports and identify improvement areas where we can managethe premises more effectively and/orefficiently.
