    1. Handle and oversee all GL relatedactivities for QGTC and all subsidiaries companies, while ensuringcompliance with the company approved related policies andprocedures.

    2. Supervise all month-end andyear-end accounting procedures including preparation of journalentries for General Ledger function.

    3. Monitorand control the monthly and quarterly reconciliation of accountsagainst respective ledgers, with follow-up and clearing of anyoutstanding items. Periodically review/analyze and reconcile the GLaccounts to ensure accurate cost is captures, require provision ismaintained and ensure subsequent accrual is reversed for actualinvoiced booked.

    4. Book Accruals, provisions asper Company's policy and procedure, and provide detailreconciliation of Accrued Income.

    5. Reconcileand accurately post applicable financial transactions related tothe general ledger.

    6. Maintain fixed depositschedule and pass monthly accrual entry on interestdue.

    7. Maintain Schedule for all Accruedexpenses in respective Companies.
