- Provide Lounge services to passengers, crew and representatives.
- Liaising with Ground handling team (General Aviation) to ensure a seamless operation.
- Responsible for ensuring the aircraft has received all services requested.
- Organize baggage screening and processing with Porters.
- Liaise with MOI and Security to ensure safe, effective and secure processing of VIP passengers.
- Ensuring all areas of the FBO are safe, organized and of an exceptional standard.
- Adhere to Ramp Safety whilst performing duties airside.
- Answering telephones and emails as required.
- Co-ordinate with all concerned senior on duty inside and outside the organization in case of any emergency.

- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
- 3 years relevant experience
