- Define the vision for the national portal and engagetheir teams and stakeholders in the development of that vision overtime
- Define and own the product roadmap and key businessrequirements
- Working with respective business unites(Legal, marketing, etc.) and external agencies to align productrequirements and roadmap
- Work with agencies and leadend-to-end product team which includes UXrs, Engineers etc.
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent withthe national vision
- Incorporating feedback and inputfrom users, partners and in-house teams on product strategy andfinding ways to expand product market reach
- Defineproduct detailed requirements
- Lead day to day activitiesin product delivery
- Report to the leadership productdelivery progress and updates
- Make key product decisions
- Developing productrequirements and roadmaps for the national portal
- Collect and analyse feedback from users, stakeholders and otherteams to shape requirements, features and end products
- Make creative recommendations to expand product and vision
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based onbusiness value
- Define impact KPIs and track against themby focusing on the end users
- Ensure that high standardsof reliability, quality, usability and measurement are adhered tothroughout each phase of national portal development
- Partner with the marketing, engineer and design teams to bring thenational portal's vision to life with prototypes and mocks
- Lead product analysts andcoordinate cross-functional teams
- Act as the keyauthority and point of contact for project development concepts,business strategy and business models
- Ensure thatvarious stages of product development are completed on time byleading, organizing and requesting constant updates fromcross-functional teams
- Able to understand and workwithin the given constraints (including but not limited totechnology, policy, regulatory, financial, legal, social userconstraints)
- Experience of managing Agile projects and personal responsibilityfor delivering projects
- Excellent organizational skillswith a willingness to adapt to different tools or processes as thesituation requires, and to suggest improvements or alternativeswhen warranted
- Strong mediation and negotiation skills
- Ability to foster an environment of collaboration andaccountability
- Effective and efficient written andverbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- MBApreferred
- Expert level proficiency with common agileproject management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams,slack or equivalent
- A high proficiency in verbal andwritten English Ideally, you'll also have:
- Ahigh proficiency in verbal and written Arabic
- 8+ yearsof product management experience
- A dedication toteamwork and integrity within a professional environment
