Role Summary:
We seek anaccomplished and driven Sales Director / Country Manager to leadour business.
This role is accountable for the delivery of theGroup's ambitious business plans for this territory,which involves strong, sustainable growth over many years.
HoldingP&L ownership, the position will be a key contributor tothe commercial strategy for this territory, to be agreed with theGroup's Executive Committee and Chief Revenue Officer,and also implement all relevant operations to support it.
The rolewill grow further and lead a high performing team to enable theQatar business to grow, making best possible use of Group resourcesand expertise to gain maximum momentum.
This role will report tothe Chief Revenue Officer and will work with all Group ExecutiveCommittee members towards becoming a distinct leader in the digitalclassifieds space.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain apositive, competitive culture to drive high-performanceDesign andimplement strategies to deliver on key KPIs including:Revenue,Sales Productivity, EBITDA, as well as portfolio health metricssuch as deal size (ARPA), new business, net client count,retention, and share of walletCustomer Centricity and satisfaction(NPS)Drive digital transformation of the real estate industry inyour country/territoryBuild strategic relationships with RealEstate Industry leaders and influencers up to C-Level includingregulator/ governing bodies.
Be the inspirational leader whoattracts, develops and retains the best talent within thecommercial teamBe one of the main public faces of the company Workclosely with key internal stakeholders and collaborate withMarketing, Product, Customer Support and Strategy teams tocontinuously drive the mindset of differentiating PropertyFinder's product offering to create value for itscustomers and consumers.
Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterlysales objectives and forecasts. Work closely with Legal, HR andFinance to ensure local compliance with company policies andprocedures and local governance laws.Desired Qualifications:
MBAdegreeA minimum of 7-10 years experience in managing a team least 2layers deep.
Native/fluent Arabic speaker, with strong written andspoken EnglishProven Sales track record in B2B SaaS/SubscriptionProven track record of thought leadership and abilityto execute on long term visionAbility to accurately forecastsalesBe able to mentor and coach peopleAbility to analyze data tofind trends and problemsGreat communication and presentationskillsExpert level interpersonal skillsStrong Excel, Word,PowerPoint, and technical skills.
Ability to nurture a culture oflong range forecastingLeadership skills to manage all of the salesmanagersCapacity to manage various projects and work to tightdeadlines.
