- Prepares and provides relevantMIS reports covering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) forperformance
- Assists in providing updates onHC project progress and budget.
- Assists inmonitoring the HR budget in line with QNB budgetary controlpractices.
- Asissts in themaintainance and updating of Organization structure positionhierarchy database and on a
- Responds to staff andmanagement requests with regards to HRMS system issues and ensuresrequests are
- Provides timely and accurateinformation to the external and internal auditors and thecompliance function as
- Actively participates in thedevelopment and implementation of other electronic HR processessuch as OLM
- At the instruction of the VP HRMS& MIS works with IT dept to coordinate and monitorsystem development
- Maintainsaccuracy consistency & security of information withinthe HR systems; reports processfailure
- Compiles statisticalinformation and prepares reports related to manpower turnoverpayroll recruiting
- Provides assistance withHRIS network maintenance by adding or deleting users and retainingsystem
- Contributes to the HR Deptautomation projects by providing administrativesupport.
- Ensures data integrity and accurateMIS reporting
- Provides inputs in the analysisand resolution of system problems
- Ensuressecurity of the HRMS and MIS systems and data protectionrequirements are complied with and
- Contributes to thedocumentation and implementation of processoptimization.
- Reports violation of HR systemsaccess to ensure data integrity and accuracy across various HRsystems
- Supports the QNB Intranetportal.
- Assists in monitoring HR Projects andprepares project progress reports.
- Assists inthe preparation and distributes IPMD progress reports (Mid and EndYr)
- Supports HR generalists and specialistswith MIS and business planningdata
- Good knowledge ofMS Office tools together with knowledge of database fundamentalsand strong knowledge
- Goodknowledge on HRMS administration and related risks together with agood knowledge of operations
- Identifies relatedareas for professional development of self and acts to enhanceprofessional development.
- Principles andpractices of computer science and HRMS and MIS informationsystems
- Knowledge of Reported Access and/orother reporting tools
- Provides inputs for dataconversions system extracts.
- Good researchskills and stays uptodate with new developments in HRtechnology.
- BachelorsDegree (specialization in Human Resources or IT ispreferred).
- Experience with Oracle; SAP; PeopleSoft
- Minimum 2 years of relevant workexperience preferably with a local/Gulf bank entailingresponsibilities with HRMs and MISsystems.
- Full competency withHRMS applications and extensive knowledge of HRsoftware.
- Ability to contribute to the work ofproject teams engaged in HR systemimprovement.
- Ability to set priorities anddeliver multiple data/ reports simultaneously while working underpressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability tomanipulate process and synthiseze data andreports
- Ability to read analyze and undestandHR related documents.
- Ability to exerciseconsiderable judgment and discretion
- Strongoral and written communication skills in English and Arabic(preferred).
- The referenced position willbe based in Qatar
