    • Providespre-commissioning and commissioning organization, coordinationexecution of Desalination plant and support to the EPC-1Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Division Manager and AreasHeads ofCommissioning.
    • Focal pointto the EPC-1 Completion and Handover Division Manager to ensure aflawless execution of the combined Pre-commissioning andCommissioning / Completion and Handover activities to securetransfer to QatarEnergy LNG Opco – OES in accordance withthe EPC-1 AGREEMENT keymilestones.

    KeyAccountabilities:

    • Providespre-commissioning and commissioning planning, coordination andexecution leadership to the EPC-1 project management team, withclose coordination with the heads of pre-commissioning andcommissioning and systemsowners.
    • Ensure closecoordination and supervision of the pre-commissioning andcommissioning activities by the EPC-1 Desalination plantContractor, including sharing weekly coordination meeting and incharge of the review and approval of the related minutes of meetingand actions list.
    • Provideclose coordination with the EPC-1 Handover and Completion DivisionManager and his team, as well as with the Business Division Managerto provide clear and comprehensive weekly and monthly reporting,associated skylines, and dashboards to the EPC-1 PMT leadershipteam, that is also aligned with EPC-1 Desalination plantContractor.
    • Focal point toEPC-1 Business/procurement team for all aspects related to Vendorsmobilization (by Contractor) for pre-commissioning, commissioning,and pre-start-up activities. Review the three (3) months look-aheadplan withContractor.
    • Participate tothe review and comment of the pre-commissioning and commissioningdeliverables issued by Contractor and itsSubcontractors.
    • Participateto all Quality Flawless Execution, Un-interrupted Start-Up (UISU),SIMOPS meetings either internally to EPC-1 PMT leadership team,with QatarEnergy LNG OES and with Contractor: review minutes ofmeeting and follow-up onactions.
    • At the initialstage upon mobilization and given the scope and size of thefacilities to be commissioned, provide pre-commissioning andcommissioning management, leadership, and execution supervision forthe desalination plant / remineralizationunit.
    • Focal point toQatarEnergy LNG OES for all aspects, including documentationrelated to the Operation Readiness Plan (ORP) and InterimOperations.
    • Monitorspre-commissioning and commissioning execution performances throughKey Performance Indicators, metrics, and exception reports to beeither prepared by Desalination plant Contractor or CTJV or withinthe EPC-1 team. Supports resolution through coordination with therespective the EPC-1 Pre-commissioning and Commissioning DivisionManager and functional managers to identify mitigation options andcontingency plans.
    • Workclosely with EPC-1 Contractor, CTJV, Desalination plant contractor,EPC-1 Quality, IM, handover, and completion division managers topromote and develop a "paperless approach" forall activities related to pre-commissioning andcommissioning.
