    • Provides pre-commissioning andcommissioning organization, coordination execution of Desalinationplant and support to the EPC-1 Pre-commissioning and CommissioningDivision Manager and Areas Heads ofCommissioning.
    • Focal point to the EPC-1Completion and Handover Division Manager to ensure a flawlessexecution of the combined Pre-commissioning and Commissioning /Completion and Handover activities to secure transfer to LNG Opco– OES in accordance with the EPC-1 AGREEMENT keymilestones.

    YourTasks

    • Provides pre-commissioning andcommissioning planning, coordination and execution leadership tothe EPC project management team, with close coordination with theheads of pre-commissioning and commissioning and systemsowners.
    • Ensure close coordination andsupervision of the pre-commissioning and commissioning activitiesby the EPC Desalination plant Contractor, including sharing weeklycoordination meeting and in charge of the review and approval ofthe related minutes of meeting and actionslist.
    • Provide close coordination with the EPCHandover and Completion Division Manager and his team, as well aswith the Business Division Manager to provide clear andcomprehensive weekly and monthly reporting, associated skylines,and dashboards to the EPC PMT leadership team, that is also alignedwith EPC Desalination plant Contractor.
    • Focalpoint to EPC Business/procurement team for all aspects related toVendors mobilization (by Contractor) for pre-commissioning,commissioning, and pre-start-up activities. Review the three (3)months look-ahead plan withContractor.
    • Participate to the review andcomment of the pre-commissioning and commissioning deliverablesissued by Contractor and itsSubcontractors.
    • Participate to all QualityFlawless Execution, Un-interrupted Start-Up (UISU), SIMOPS meetingseither internally to EPC PMT leadership team, with OES and withContractor: review minutes of meeting and follow-up onactions.
    • At the initial stage upon mobilizationand given the scope and size of the facilities to be commissioned,provide pre-commissioning and commissioning management, leadership,and execution supervision for the desalination plant /remineralization unit.
    • Focal point to OES forall aspects, including documentation related to the OperationReadiness Plan (ORP) and InterimOperations.
    • Monitors pre-commissioning andcommissioning execution performances through Key PerformanceIndicators, metrics, and exception reports to be either prepared byDesalination plant Contractor or CTJV or within the EPCteam.
    • Supports resolution through coordinationwith the respective the EPC Pre-commissioning and CommissioningDivision Manager and functional managers to identify mitigationoptions and contingency plans.
    • Work closelywith EPC Contractor, CTJV, Desalination plant contractor, EPCQuality, IM, handover, and completion division managers to promoteand develop a "paperless approach" for allactivities related to pre-commissioning andcommissioning.
