    Duties and Standards toMeasure Workmanship andQuality:

    • Maintainsand conforms to Company polices and monitors employees conformancetothem
    • Responsiblefor maintaining quality standards as required for allprocesses
    • Abilityto lift and carry 60 lbs and maintain a standing position during atypicalshift
    • Capableof working with and communicating effectively with management andteammembers.
    • Capableof working effectivelyunsupervised.
    • Knowledgeand practice of good housekeeping, equipment and/or toolmaintenance.
    • Performsany tasks necessary on a daily basis to maintain production flowand performs other duties that may be assigned asnecessary
    • Knowledgeof and ability to perform all phases of the proper departmentprocesses
    • Capableof adapting to process changes and learning newskills.
    • Abilityto keep Company records of all types confidential except fordisclosure to individuals authorized by the General Manager(GM)
    • Demonstratesleadership qualities of highest standards to set examples forfellow employees to follow and enforces Companypolicies.
    • Promotesteamwork and communication with personnel by maintaining employeemorale, discipline, and counseling asnecessary
    • Facilitatesprograms on safety and training for personnel andequipment.
    • Plansand assigns daily tasks as necessary to facilitate weeklyproduction plan at the beginning of eachshift.
    • Responsiblefor preparing and conducting 90 day and annual reviews forsupervised employees and maintaining necessary confidentialityregarding employeeinformation.
    • Responsiblefor initiating employee notes for supervised employees to PlantManager, HR andGM.
    • Responsiblefor carrying out all disciplinary action for assignedemployees.
    • Responsiblefor initiating incident reports, work injury and work injuryevaluation that occur on assignedshift.
    • Facilitateall quality processes (NCR, On-Hold,etc..)
    • DispositionON HOLD areas and NCR s are closed in a timely manner for assigneddepartment &shift.
    • Developand create Process Instructions asassigned.
    • Trackand document KPI s (Key Process Indicators) as assigned perdepartment &shift.
    • Reportssafety related discrepancies and/or conditions for review andresolution and for reporting material shortages, out of specconditions, tooling problems, equipment failures, etc. to MachiningDepartment Manager if in machining department, to AssemblyDepartment Manager if in assembly department or Plant Manager inall otherareas.
    • Continuouslyupdates current responsibilities and procedures for successionand/or absence while maintaining current records of each employeein theDepartment
    • Executesproduction plan as laid out by planningpersonnel.
