    Responsiblity:

    • Organizing,planning, and managing the daily tasks and operations of thedivision.
    • Evaluating the division'sperformance and identifying areas ofimprovement.
    • Providing technical direction andprofessional support to divisionpersonnel.
    • Ensuring that staff members complywith the policies and procedures of thedivision.
    • Assisting with employee recruitment,as well as overseeing the onboarding process and training of newdivision staff members.
    • Working with thefinancial department to plan and develop your division'smonthly budget.
    • Reviewing office operations andreporting any issues to seniormanagement.
    • Working with the HR department tohandle all inter-division disputes andconflicts.
