    Coordinates deficiencies corrections andprocess improvements identified with supervisors and management andacts as the quality liaison to quality representatives (as needed),ensuring that the BMS quality system complements and complies withprogram, government, regulatory, and contractualrequirementsResponsible for program support to establish andimplement a Quality Management System (QMS) and program withrelated process infrastructure, to include managing departmentalresources for; audits, inspections, analysis, compliance,functionality and capability;Supports the program in maintainingthe quality management system and overall processes, reporting andrecord keeping;

    Specialized Performance Areas:
    Ability to facilitatebusiness negotiations, act as a change agent to gain cooperationand coordinate the work of others, skilled in written and oralpresentations
