    About this role:




    HSE

    • Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with allrelevant Statutory and Company
      HSE standards;
    • Demonstrate personal commitment to the
      HSE Policy;
    • Actively participate in Company safety awareness and initiativeschemes;
    • Openly question established practicesand achieve continuous quality and cost optimizationimprovements;
    • Create an environment in which a focus onvalue awareness is developed and constantly think in terms ofcost/benefit trade-off;
    • Identify and adoptcreative and alternative approaches to problem-solving andencourage others to do the same;
    • Actively participate inthe weekly
      HSE meetings, and where applicable, attendJSA's / safety meetings, PTPs, drills, Daily Tool BoxTalks, etc...;
    • Assist Liftingdepartment in ensuring that all containers, baskets, lifting gearetc. on supplies coming are in a safe condition, compliance, andwith valid certification as per the relevant sections inCMS;
    • Ensure DG are matching IMDG requirement for backloadand report any discrepancies;
    OperationsManagement


    • Ensure all hotels (safe haven& self isolation) booking are done and projection for bothMP/CTR are communicated to hotel;
    • Develop follow up toolto control hotel management – check-in andcheck-out;
    • Raise TRFs and ensure follow upuntil offshore mob;
    • Dawinci player to support all choppermovement with CTR/MP;
    • Maintain MP offshorerotation plan as per offshore CSR requests and liaise with OnshorePersonnel Log for changes follow up;
    • Maintain overview ofEPCIC4 and DBNPP CTR's Plan for day to day cargooperations: MR request, vendor delivery, loading and offloading ofcargo and vessel movements;

    Inbound &Outbound Materials:
    Verify ALL cargoes are manifested as well asreturned documents;

    • Control Material Reception Report andcheck if conform with MR and outboundmanifest.
    • Communicate with offshore MPT aboutMaterial Reception and issue NC reports or OSD;
    • Ensurethat final transport to the dedicated installation site is arrangedand done;
    • Daily communication with Onshore LogSupervisor, CTR Log Coordinator (onshore position) and CTR MaterialCoordinator (located on JUB) if applicable;
    • Participatein the change of planning of logistics operations according tourgencies and non-planned events on site while ensuringcoordination with other entities;
    • Coordinatewith Platform teams to manage the scheduling of vessels alongsidethe installations;
    • Finalize Daily and Weekly reportactivities;
    • Check interfieldtransfer.
    Reporting

    • Daily LogisticsMovements;
    • Weekly rotational plan for eachproject;
    • Weekly activities report toOOE.
