    Summary:

    We areseeking a motivated and proactive Talent Acquisition Executive tojoin our team. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsiblefor sourcing screening and recruiting candidates to fulfillmanpower needs across various departments and positions. The idealcandidate will have strong communication skills a keen eye fortalent and the ability to effectively manage the endtoendrecruitmentprocess.

    Responsibilities:

    CandidateSourcing andScreening:

    • Utilize varioussourcing methods such as job portals social media networkingreferrals and recruitment drives to attract a diverse pool ofqualified candidates.
    • Review resumesapplications and online profiles to assess candidatesqualifications skills and experience.
    • Conductpreliminary interviews and screenings to evaluate candidatessuitability for specific roles and assess their alignment withorganizational culture andvalues.

    RecruitmentCoordination:

    • Coordinaterecruitment activities including scheduling interviews assessmentsand other selection processes.
    • Communicate withcandidates to provide information about job openings interviewschedules and recruitmentprocedures.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers anddepartment heads to understand manpower requirements andrecruitmentpriorities.

    CandidateAssessment andEvaluation:

    • Administeraptitude tests technical assessments and behavioral interviews toassess candidates competencies skills and suitability for specificroles.
    • Evaluate candidates qualificationsexperience and potential fit within the organization based onpredefined criteria and jobrequirements.

    Documentationand Compliance:

    • Maintainaccurate and uptodate records of candidate information interviewfeedback and recruitment activities in theERP.
    • Ensure compliance with recruitmentpolicies procedures and legal requirements including equalemployment opportunity (EEO) regulations and data protectionlaws.

    Talent PipelineManagement:

    • Build andmaintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for futurerecruitment needs.
    • Develop relationships witheducational institutions professional organizations and industrynetworks to source candidates and promote employer brandawareness.

    Employer Brandingand Outreach:

    • Assist inemployer branding initiatives to enhance the organizationsreputation and attract top talent.
    • Participatein career fairs job fairs and industry events to promote theorganization as an employer of choice and engage with potentialcandidates.

    Reporting andAnalysis:

    • Generaterecruitment reports and analytics to track key metrics such astimetofill costperhire and sourceeffectiveness.
    • Analyze recruitment data toidentify trends challenges and opportunities for processimprovement andoptimization.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Management Business Administration orrelated field.
    • Proven experience as a TalentAcquisition Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar rolepreferably in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strongunderstanding of recruitment principles techniques and bestpractices.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates andstakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency inusing recruitment software applicant tracking systems (ATS) andother HR tools.
    • High level of attention todetail organization and time managementskills.
    • Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a teamenvironment.
    • Knowledge of employment lawsregulations and compliancerequirements.
    • Certification in Human Resources(e.g. SHRMCP PHR or equivalent) is aplus.

    Location:

    Inspire Management Training Centre with occasional travel forrecruitment as required
