    *Responsibilities**: We arelooking for a highly motivated and passionate Security CloudSolution Architect (CSA) to drive customer transformation in ourSecurity Solutions.

    • *Understanding Customer/TechnicalEnvironment** - Gathers customer/partner insights (e.g., feedbackaround technical preferences, environments, business needs) andleverages these insights and existing plans to map solutions withcustomer business outcomes. Learns to adapt business models, plans,and solutions to insights. - Acts as the voice of the customer(VOC) by driving awareness of existing feedback, gaps, blockers,insights, resources, etc. across communities to track, add, andprioritize, using established channels (e.g., UAT/TFT).
    • *Architecture Design and Deployment** - Leverages an existingarchitecture approach or reference architecture to propose asolution or achieve Microsoft's agreed commitments to thecustomer. Assesses customer needs and gathers information thathelps others to identify growth opportunities. - Proposes viablesolutions based on specific technical products. demonstratescomplex concepts, and proves the capability of those solutionsthrough design collaboration sessions with the customer. - Appliestechnical knowledge of architecture solutions to meet business andinformation technology (IT) requirements and resolve identifiedtechnical constraints. shaping and enhancing customers'requirements. - Identifies technical blockers (e.g., changingconfigurations, sample coding) for selected products to acceleratearchitecture implementations and routes non-technical issues forremoval by the appropriate party. - Applies methodology andgovernance, as directed, to minimize business and technical risksand adhere to quality assurance while contributing to design and/ordelivery of solutions (e.g. Well-Architected Framework, EnterpriseScale Landing Zone, Cloud Adoption Framework). Demonstrates anunderstanding of customer/partner conditions of success.
    • *Trusted Advisor** - Identifies and begins developing impactfulrelationships with internal teams and customer's technicalspecialists during initial preparation and ramp-up stages. -Respectfully challenges customers when going in the wrong directionand escalates appropriately. - Understands the competitor'sarchitecture solutions and identifies Microsoft's strengthsover competitive solutions to demonstrate Microsoft's valueto customers.
