    Evaluate the workplace environment for alllocal operations & subsidiaries, and developsafety-management policies that identify and define the safetyresponsibilities of all employees.


    • Ensure that workplacesafety tools and equipment meet industry standards and installedproperly, as defined by the Occupational Safety and Healthstandards and regulations.
    • Periodically inspect andevaluate the environment, equipment, and processes in working areasto ensure compliance with Civil Defense and government safetyregulations and industry standards.
    • Investigateunfortunate safety hazard incidents, establish the causes andrecommend appropriate preventive action against a recurrence.
    • Establish a mechanism to report accidents &situations that present a risk and which they cannot properly dealwith on their own.
    • Definition, preparation andcoordination of training programs for employees to continuallymaintain and educate an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge,and preparedness across the organization.
    • Preparemonthly reports and make presentations to senior management andadministrators indicating periodic workplace inspection results andworkers' response to safety incidents.
    • Conductperiodic site visits with relevant stakeholders per eachsubsidiaries & facilities management (quality assuranceofficers and/or operational business teams and General Managers) toprovide onsite assessment and advisory, communicating effectivelyduring onsite inspections.
    • Analyze HSE reports to detectweaknesses in the safety management program and propose &implement appropriate measures for incrementalimprovement.
