    Must haves:

    -3-5 years experience. Ideally some of which is in a fast paced graphics

    environment (agency, in-house, etc.)

    -Strong production portfolio. Design portfolio is acceptable, but we must see examples of iterative design, preferably with localization elements included.

    -Excellent craft, typographic and layout skills.

    -Good understanding of digital advertising best practices.

    -Advanced skills in design software (Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma).

    -Willingness to learn new tools that help power scaled production design.

    -Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverables.
