    Responsible for delivering a large scope ofwork to achieve project objectives by conducting technicalevaluations of multiple EPC tenders for large, capital projects,including risk based evaluation of complex technical issues, whichmay have a significant commercial impact on project execution,ensuring they are compliant, technically qualified, and consistentwith project requirements.

    During the Construction phase theposition is responsible for verifying the installation of pipingdeliverables including large pipe sizes (e.g. 126 inch diameter),large valves (e.g. control, motor operated, pressure relief,manual), cryogenic systems, high pressure steam and high pressuresour gas services including approvals of piping stress calculationsand design of pipe supports.


    Major challenges forthis role are (1) effectively managing EPC Contractor and PipingEngineering team to deliver technical input in accordance withproject requirements from contract award until delivery ofProvisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC); (2) maintainingconstructive working relationships with EPC Contractor, itssubcontractors and vendors to ensure delivery of work scope inaccordance with project requirements and (3) maintainingrelationships with stakeholders (e.g.

    Operations and SHE andQuality) to ensure alignment of Piping Engineeringdeliverables.
