Are you ready to make a grand entrance into the world of luxury hospitality? We are thrilled to announce the opening of a prestigious 5-star resort in Qatar in December and are seeking a dedicated Bellman to be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests.

If you have a welcoming smile, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing exceptional service, we want you on our team


Key Responsibilities:

Guest Arrival: Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon their arrival at the resort.

Luggage Assistance: Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring it is handled with care and delivered to their rooms promptly.

Guest Orientation: Provide guests with information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.

Transportation Coordination: Arrange for transportation and taxis for guests as needed.

Security: Maintain a vigilant eye for any suspicious activity and report it to the appropriate department.

Guest Assistance: Assist with guest inquiries, requests, and provide directions with a smile.

Safety: Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures.

Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless and memorable guest experience.


Requirements:

Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Previous Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests effectively.

Team Player: Collaborative and able to work well within a diverse team.

Availability: Must be available for an online interview this week and able to start before November 20th, 202-
Location: Located outside of Qatar due to visa restrictions and timelines.
