    Preparing contracts in coordination with theparties and concerned parties in the General Department of LegalConsultation regarding terms and legalmatters.

    Developing and updating contracts with regard toadditional services or deleting any of the services agreed upon inthe original contract in accordance with the policies andprocedures followed in the company and after taking the directionsof the Head of the Purchasing and ContractsDepartment.

    Inform the Head of the Purchasing andContracts Department of any deviations or violations of thecontract terms (specifications, quantities, supply schedule, etc.)and request that they be corrected in an effective and rapid mannerin order to preserve the company's rights andinterests.

    Signing contracts in coordination with therelevant authorities in the company and keeping original copies ofconcluded contracts.

    Follow up on the validity periodsof contracts to determine their renewal dates when necessary, incoordination with the parties and concerned authorities, afterensuring that service suppliers adhere to the terms of the contractand verify the level of services provided.
