    1. Maintenanceand Repair: Perform routine maintenance troubleshooting and repairtasks on various rotating equipment such as pumps compressorsturbines generators and motors to ensure optimal performance andreliability.
    2. Inspections:Conduct regular inspections of rotating equipment to identify anypotential issues or defects. This includes visual inspectionsmeasurements and testing of equipmentcomponents.
    3. Diagnostics:Utilize diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and diagnoseproblems with rotating equipment. Analyze equipment performancedata and interpret technical drawings and specifications todetermine appropriate repairactions.
    4. PreventiveMaintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimizedowntime and maximize equipment reliability. Develop maintenanceschedules perform lubrication tasks and replace wornout parts asneeded.
    5. Safetyand Compliance: Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines whileworking on rotating equipment. Ensure compliance with relevantindustry regulations standards and company policies to maintain asafe workingenvironment.
    6. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections andrepairs performed on rotating equipment. Generate reports detailingequipment status maintenance findings and recommendations forimprovement.
    7. Collaboration:Work closely with other maintenance technicians engineers andoperations personnel to coordinate maintenance activities andresolve equipmentrelated issues efficiently. Provide technicalassistance and support during equipment installations upgrades andmodifications.
    8. Trainingand Development: Stay updated on industry advancements newtechnologies and best practices related to rotating equipmentmaintenance. Participate in training programs and workshops toenhance skills and knowledge in thefield.


    Requirements

    • Diplomaor technical certification in mechanical engineering industrialmaintenance or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience as arotating equipment technician in industrial settings preferably inthe oil and gas or petrochemicalindustry.
    • Strong knowledge ofrotating equipment principles maintenance techniques andtroubleshooting methods.
    • Proficiencyin using hand tools power tools and specialized equipment forequipment maintenance andrepair.
    • Familiarity with safetystandards and regulations applicable to rotating equipmentoperations.
    • Excellent problemsolvingskills attention to detail and ability to work independently or aspart of a team.
    • Good communicationskills and ability to interact with colleagues effectivelysupervisors and clients.
    • Willingnessto work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls asneeded.


    Diploma or technical certification in mechanical engineering,industrial maintenance, or a related field. Proven experience as arotating equipment technician in industrial settings, preferably inthe oil and gas or petrochemical industry. Strong knowledge ofrotating equipment principles, maintenance techniques, andtroubleshooting methods. Proficiency in using hand tools, powertools, and specialized equipment for equipment maintenance andrepair.
