    Nous recrutons pour l'un de nosclients, un E-shop Manager International en CDI dans le secteur dela mode.

    Description de l'entreprise

    Description du poste et desmissions
    • Mettre enœuvre la politique d'animation commerciale etéditoriale sur les sites internet desdifférents marchés internationaux de lamarque (Grèce, Belgique, Espagne, Suisse etMaroc)
    • Briefer lesdifférentes équipes webdesign en vued'obtenir les assets créatifsnécessaires à la valorisation des animations& offres commerciales sur vossites,
    • Paramétreret recetter les animations & offres commerciales sur vossites,
    • Coordonneren transverse les différentes parties prenantes:
    1. Webdesigner
    2. Trafic
    3. Studiophoto
    4. ProductOwner
    5. Rédacteurde fiche produit
    • Assurerla mise en ligne des produits, ainsi que leur bonne ventilation ausein des différentes catégories du site ettravaille à l'amélioration del'arborescence de vos pays,
    • Gérerles shootings Packshot & Looks.
    • Mettreen place et optimiser la stratégied'emerchandising (cross-selling, searchandising, sortingrules) et searchandising sur vos pays,
    • Optimiseret développer ses sites ecommerce en accord et encohérence avec les habitudes et modes de consommationlocaux :
    1. Créationde pages spécifiques, de guides d'achat, depages à vocation SEO,
    2. Améliorationde l'expérience client : UX & UIadaptés
    • Participerà la mise en place d'opérationsspéciales (mini-sites, pagesspéciales...) et de projets (UX, AB testing) etêtre responsable de la customer journey surl'ensemble de vos sites,
    • Analyserles performances de vos sites et les reporter de façonhebdomadaire etmensuelle.
    • Identifierles marchés sur lesquels l'entreprise pourraitse développer, travailler en lien avec leséquipes projets et IT pour déployer lesnouveaux marchés et mettre en œuvre le run dessites web.
    • Ceposte nécessitedesdéplacementsàl'étranger.

    ‍ Profilrecherché

    • De formation Bac+5type école de commerce avec spécialisationmarketing digital
    • Vous avez unepremièreexpérience significative sur unposte similaire (5-10 ans)
    • Vous êtes bilingueanglais,
    • Vous avez unecompétence analytique et une visionbusiness.
    • La connaissance de salesforcecommerce cloud et content square serait unplus
    • Vous êtesrigoureux(se), organisé(e) etpolyvalent(e).
    • Vous êtescréatif(ve) et avez le sens dudétail.
    • Vous avez un bonrelationnel.
