- Will design and deploy learning technology solutions to make training function more cost effective, engaging and innovative with a focus on improving performance of employees and departments.
- Utilising LMS to create an efficient BI system for Talent Development that predicts compliance risks, analyse engagement and culture, and identify high-value career paths and leadership candidates.
- Interact and collaborate with Senior Management across the business for capturing training needs, performance related gaps, identifying key risks and work with them to provide effective digital learning solutions. Operational
- Supports the Talent Development team to identify business challenges and use Learning Technology to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs in order to provide cost effective and 24 X 7 learning solutions
- Communicates learning related gaps and suggestions to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
- Responsible for ensuing data integrity within the Learning Management System.
- Serves as the domain expert for Learning Technology and Platforms and regularly contributes to the knowledge base of the organization via internal articles, micro learning and yammer posts.
- Implements data driven decision making by applying predictive analysis in Talent Management domain, building a culture of support that will enable HR to be a strategic business partner.

- MBA with learning technology background.
- Additionally, HR certification from a reputed institute.
- Additionally, Data Analytics certification. Previous Experience Essential
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience
- Experience in Enterprise Learning Management System or any other large-scale learning platform. Preferred
- Expertise in digital content management or Learning Analytics.
- Experience desired in one or more of the following disciplines: LMS, Talent Management, Data analysis
- Digital Learning, HR internal consulting or project management.
- Experience with an international airline, global aviation company or a leading academic institution
