    • Monitor key dates against datesdefined in the main contract and any subcontracts and adviseProject Director of the implications of delays, ifany
    • Support preparation of project weekly andmonthly progress reports for internal and external distribution asper internal and Contractrequirements
    • Contribute to project risk andopportunity management processes
    • Interface withCorporate Finance team to ensure contractual requirements areunderstood and all necessary insurances and guarantees areprovided
    • Submit and follow up applications forCompletion Certificates and coordinate commercial close out of maincontract including step down of bank guarantee and release ofretentions.
    • Prepare a flow down clause planhighlighting the key obligations and liabilities which are requiredto be passed onto subcontractors / vendors. In particular, ensurethat back-to-back guarantees, warranties and insurances areobtained from subcontractors / vendors.
    • SupportSupply Chain Management team to coordinate the administration ofcontractual correspondence with all Vendors andSubcontractors
    • Ensure that the external changes(back-charges) are taken up with the Vendor and Subcontractors on atimely basis
