    Partnercross-functionally with our Product, Legal and Risk teams to designproducts specific tosituations

    Assistin creating product roadmap and strategy in collaboration withother teams like tech andproduct

    Abilityto understand business and technology challenges and align themwith ouroffering

    Drivegrowth of wallet share, revenue & takerate



    Requirements

    Possess5-7yearsSales/account management experience in product/tech- basedorganization withB2B,BFSIfocus.

    B2BEnterprise Sales & Account management experiencepreferably, but not mandatorily in the BFSIspace

    Experiencein the fin-tech industry is preferred(Tech Product or PlatformSales Experiencepreferred)

    DriveGTVgrowth

    Basicunderstanding of banking products term loans, working capital -fund based/ non-fund based is desired but notmandatory

    Hasa strong context of building and managing business relationships iscomfortable across various levels of an organisation (CXOs toanalysts)

    Stronginterpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customersand cross-functional teamsinternally

    Qualifications:CA / CFA/ MBA from a Top institute in thecountry
