    job Summary The Finance Manager manages andcoordinates organization's financial function includinggeneral accounting, cost management, budgeting, and payroll inaccordance with corporate policies and procedures to meetcompany's business requirements.

    Job Responsibilities 1Implements and administers established the group accounting andcontrolling policies, procedures, and practices to meet financerequirements supporting short and long-term business needs.

    Ensuresmaintenance of group general accounting, cost accounting, payroll,payables, and receivables. Ensures accurate and timely recordingand reporting of operating results. Provides financial analysis,interpretation of variances from budgets and standards, and adviceto management. Participates in development of the financialstrategy. Oversees development and implementation of financestrategy with adequate consideration of Company'sobjectives. Oversees thoroughly the financial planning processincluding development of business plans, budgeting, and forecastsfor the entity.
