    • Evaluate computerized accountingsystems and provide recommendations to IT team for performanceimprovements
    • Generate financial reports and statementsto Managers for review
    • Analyze financial discrepanciesand recommend effective resolutions.
    • Monitorexpenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances andreport the same to management.
    • Respond to accountinginquiries from management in a timely fashion.
    • Provideguidance to other Accountants when needed.
    • Assist inbudget preparation and expense management activities for assignedaccounts
    • Assist in auditing activities by providingnecessary information and preparing requested documentations.
    • Monitor and record financial transactions according tocompany policies and regulations.
    • Review and recommendchanges to existing accounting procedures
    • Maximizes thehotel cash flow performance through controlling the disbursements.
    • Enforces documents and establishes the adequate controlsystem for all expenses for assets protection and ensure thatcontrol will not affect the guest service.
    • Identifiestraining needs with develops formal training plans for allaccounting staff.
    • Establishes and maintaining theeffective of the employee relations.
    • Performs theaccounting staff duties according to the accounting uniform systemand the financial controller instructions.
    • Maintains theup-to-date accounts analysis and bank reconciliation
    • Ensures the completion of the regular reports of month end andyear-end closing on time
    • Controlling all prepaid andaccrual expenses according to the contracts.
    • Check andcontrol all payment vouchers before signed by the financialcontroller.
    • Co-ordinate with the financial controlleragainst the accounting staff performance.
    • Assists inmaintaining accurate and timely financial and operatinginformation.
    • Implements and maintains acceptableaccounting policies and procedures as required by thehotel's policy and procedure and by the financialcontroller.
    • Leading the accounting staff to the bestperformance and building the teamwork inside the accountingdepartment.
    • To continually check the accounts payable inorder that no outstanding bills are kept pending
    • Assiststhe financial controller on the performance appraisals of theaccounting staff.
    • Journal entry to general ledgeraccount.
    • General ledger accounts bookkeeping.
    • Preparing all the monthly closing financial reports.
    • Relieving the financial controller during his absence and orvacation.
    • Keeping a good relation between thegovernmental authorities and the hotel in a good condition byensure that all payments dues to these authorities paid on time bythe right way.
    • Checking the payroll statements and keepit going by the right way.
    • Keeping a very good relationbetween the accounting dept. and all other dept.'s byco-operation with them all the time.
