    Sales Specialist Distribution Solutions Takeyour next career step at ABB with a global team that is energizingthe transformation of society and industry to achieve a moreproductive sustainable future At ABB we have the clear goal ofdriving diversity and inclusion across all dimensions Together weare embarking on a journey where each and every one of usindividually and collectively welcomes and celebrates individualdifferences You will be working as Sales Specialist will be thepart of Electrification Business Area for Distribution Solutionsdivision based in Doha Qatar In this role you will be responsiblefor sales of products systems within Qatar in accordance withstrategy building long term customer relationships and managingresolution to specific customer needs and issues identifying anddeveloping sales opportunitiesThis position reports to ELDS M SManager EL Commercial LeaderYour responsibilities Selling productssystems to customers focusing on volume mix and profitabilitytargets for assigned product groupsEstablishing and maintainingeffective customer relationships to understand customer needspromoting customer understanding of full product systems offeringaligning and providing a solution ensuring a positive customerexperience throughout the sales processPreparing sales plans usingcompany tools performing regular status reviews and proposingrecovery plan s in cases of potential order shortfallsCreatingadded value for the customer and ABB and ensuring successfuloutcome of transactions contracts and proposals by using effectivesales techniques communicating details in accordance with ABBoffering and strategy delivery time payments and general terms andconditions Ensuring efficient marketing activities and valueproposition to customers identifying and driving the development ofnew market opportunities in the designated market and ensuringknowhow sharing and crosscollaborationManaging administrativeprocedures in sales processes and supports collection and projectmanagement activities when neededPreparing offers in coordinationwith the bid and proposal department and or the marketing managerensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offersincluding prices and trading conditionsYour background BachelorsDegree in electrical or mechatronics engineering10 years ofexperience in similar fieldGood knowledge in medium voltageproducts systems and their application in industries and utilitysegmentFluency in English language is mandatoryMore about us ABBsDistribution Solutions Division provides utility industrial andcommercial customers with safe smart and sustainable technologiesfor the distribution of electricity With ABB AbilityTM enableddigital solutions at its core our extensive portfolio includesdistribution automation products switching limiting measuring andsensing devices switchgear modular substation packages and relatedservices Work model on site LIonsite
