    • Lead planningand implementation of Software Projects (Initiation throughClosure) and serve as the main point of contact during all projectphases
    • Facilitate definition of project scope, goals,deliverables and project meetings - internal and external
    • Manage Customers' implicit and explicit businessrequirements and ensure they are addressed within our solutionfootprint and agreed SOW
    • Close collaboration with systemanalysts, Software Integrator and application owners in being thebusiness/functional end counterpart in solution finding andsolution maintenance
    • Effectively prepare for and addressproject issues, risks and/or changes that may arise and generateproject measurement reporting for management and stakeholders
    Ensure projects meet established goals,objectives, and company standards with conformance toMilaha's quality standards

    Support business withbusiness case preparation and feasibility studies for new projectsand initiatives

    Identify, track and mitigate projectrisks and issues, escalating when necessary to resolve issuesaffecting our ability to deliver on Customers' expectations

    Responsible for adherence to project plan and budgetsfor projects. Recommends corrective and preventive actions andimplements them

    Procures internal and externalresources. Allocates project staff with required competencies tomeet project objectives

    Leads moderately-complexcommunications and/or negotiations with internal or externalstakeholders and maintain vendor relationships

    • Identifies and manages program enhancements and processimprovements. Conducts project reviews through the life of theproject
    Develops project management and resourcestrategies including staffing requirements, budgets, and tools.
    Defines architectural standards and methodologies to ensure supportof near-term and strategic business goals.

    Acting asmanager to a staff oriented in matrix management techniques,including negotiating with senior management on resourceallocations, project responsibilities and tasking as well asmentoring and training resources as necessary

    • Communicating project status to team members as well as managementincluding project status presentations to executives both insideand outside Milaha
    Perform other job-related duties asassigned.
