    • Review and determine the adequacyof the commercial terms of all PO's with respect to,warranty, securities and indemnities from the position of Companyand alignment with the terms of theContract.
    • Provide advice to the project team onthe adequacy and effectiveness of actions and commitments made bythe EPC Contractor in protecting cost andschedule.
    • Review and comment on the adequacy ofall Contractor procurement plans andprocedures
    • Overseas Spares Parts Co-coordinatorin the development of all commercial and procurement activitiesassociated with the purchasing and delivery of commissioning andoperations spares along with necessary operator training fromvendor and 3rd party specialistorganizations.
    • Assist in the development andnegotiation of contract terms and conditions that define Companyprocurement expectations and protects Company position withContractors and vendors
    • Supports LogisticsCoordinator with Contractor's logistics planning andmaterial handling during the execution of theproject
    • Evaluate and advise the PMT regardingthe potential impact of delaying/accelerating procurementdecisions, and in the assessment of Contractorclaims.
    • Interface with other projects on aworking level to minimize overloading of supplier shop fabricationfacilities
    • Work with logistics, materialreceiving, construction planning group and interface group, toprioritize PO awards and deliveries to ensure minimal or no impactto their EPC schedule.
    • Be proactive in managingworkload for the overall Project schedule, where commonrequirements overlap.
