- Act as a partner to oursenior stakeholders bringing exceptional analytics to our hiringprocess with a point of view to how an organisation builds aculture of exceptional talent.
- Use advanced data drivenanalytical approaches to solve problems and innovate
- Lead a team of data driven analytical talentexperts who are responsible for ensuring that our hiring teams areable to select game changing talent.
- Lead and drive deepanalytical and data backed approaches to projects that enable us todevelop our hiring processes and outcomes, including statisticalsignificance testing, Bayesian inference and/or predictiveanalytics and ML and tools such as SQL/Python/R.
- Bringan expert point of view talent assessment discovering theattributes that drive ultimate job success, reviewing ourassessment effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Passionately conduct in-depth behavioral interviewsproviding considerable insights into motivations and behaviours ofcandidates as part of our interview process.
- Build keyrelationships with global Hiring Leadership stakeholders to driveour hiring agenda.

- Anundergraduate or postgraduate degree in psychology/industrialpsychology, or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosenpath, together with an exceptional academic track record throughoutyour education years.
- Proven management experienceinspiring and leading talent teams to deliver against strategichiring initiatives.
- Excellent project management skillsto lead roadmaps, including driving efficiency and deliveringresults.
- Exceptional analytical skills to examine dataand identify patterns, trends and behaviours: statisticalsignificance testing, Bayesian inference and/or predictiveanalytics and ML and tools such as SQL/Python/R.
- Experience of using and interpreting psychometric assessments toexamine candidate drivers.
- A thought leader in thetalent space with the ability to influence best practice, bringinga solid point of how to build a high performance organisation.
- Proven ability of working with senior stakeholders todrive a professional outlook on hiring talent as well as challengethe status quo.
- A sense of urgency with results drivenapproaches to deliver business critical projects
