    • This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will manage the Admissions and Registration Department's reception desk by answering phone calls and responding to emails sent to designated email address. The candidate should have significant experience working in Admissions and Registration or a related field preferably within higher education and possess the qualifications necessary to be successful in the role of Student Information Assistant.
    • The successful candidate will assist students, applicants and parents to complete request forms available at the Admissions and Registration Department and ensure all information requested is complete and accurate. He/she will also ensure that College brochures, calendars and other promotional material are well stocked, organized and easily accessible to visitors, applicants, students and parents.
    • The candidate will assist registered students by responding to their questions in a timely manner, processing requests for a Confirmation of Enrollment letter and provide directions, as requested. He/she will arrange meetings and appointments between visitors and Admissions and Registration Department staff in a timely and efficient manner and inform all relevant parties of the appointment details.
    • The candidate will assist the Admissions and Registration Department staff by filing student records accurately and ensure all records are filed in accordance with the College's Data Protection policy. He/she will assist in transcribing documents from Arabic to English and vice versa, proofread all documents to identify errors before submitting. He/she will also coordinate and distribute transcripts and graduation letters to students in a timely and efficient manner.
