    Getexposure to the end-to-end HR generalist role, work with cuttingedge HR technology while building an understanding of leadingIndustry Practices within the HRfield

    Drive StrategicHR Projects and Operations,including:

    OnboardingProgram Development & Standardization for Hourly/ ShopFloorEmployees

    NewHire EmployeeExperience

    Exposure toEmployee Relations, guiding through new programs andpolicies

    Peopleanalytics: Reporting attendance, attrition, learning, disciplines,and engagement. Datavalidation

    Creating Jobaids and conducting training to diverseteams

    Providingrecommendations to improve site level data through dashboardimprovement, identifying data gaps,etc.
