    The SSR position will be responsible fordriving a box truck along an established route to service and sellproducts to an existing customer base:

    10 weeksof training

    ○ Combination of being out on theroad with another SSR, learning about Cintas services offerings,how to cross sell to existing customer accounts,etc.

    Begin day around 5-5:30 am at the facilityto prepare/load the truck with products to deliver along theroute.

    20% is actually driving the truck, theother 80% is focused on relationship building and customerinteraction.

    ○ While dropping off products toclients, this position will be the face of Cintas to their customerbase. They will be responsible for building rapport with keydecision makers and ensuring quality standards are beingmet.

    ○ Responsibilities also include growing theexisting customer base by cross selling additionalproducts/services, controlling inventory and negotiating serviceagreement renewals.
