    • Identification, planning and closefollow-up the reservoir surveillance plans for Kharaibreservoir
    • Identification and follow-up ofreservoir management activities to maximize production, voidagereplacement improvement, and reduce the production declinerates

    YourTasks

    • Perform detailed wells performanceanalysis and postmortem synthesis
    • Performsubsurface studies to improve production and injection (slugging,decline analysis, stabilization analysis, GL optimization,..etc)
    • Perform simulation studies using ALSFFMV1&2 to define optimum injection (Water and WAG), shortterm forecasting, and voidage replacementimprovement
    • Use of IX and 4D Seismic toidentify optimum zonal shifting and injection schemes to increasesweep efficiency
    • Use of segmented wellmodelling (IX) both in ALSFFM and Single Well Models to optimizeand design Kharaib re-drill wells
    • Performsimulation studies to define optimum injection (water and WAG),short term forecasting, and voidage replacementimprovement
    • Lead identifying and prioritizingreservoir surveillance plans, and ensure closefollow-up
    • Lead opportunities identification,ranking and maturation (Workovers, Stimulation, ..etc) until FIDfor Deep Redrills, workovers and otheropportunities
    • Support light workoversmaturation (tubing change-out) until finalSOR
    • Maintain and close follow-up ofopportunities hopper
    • Support WAG cyclesoptimization, execution and follow-up
    • Supportthe maturation of Surfactant pilots, execution andfollow-up
    • Contribute to the generation of theyearly reservoir management plans and ensure theirexecution
    • Consolidate and present the reservoirquarterly Reservoir Management reviews toSH's
    • Perform decline curve analysisand generate the monthly unconstrained profiles for the rollingforecast
    • Define completion strategies forre-drill and WO wells supported by simulationstudies
    • Support the New Well Delivery team allalong the WO's SOR process
    • Contributeto the yearly reserves exercise
    • Support theteam lead in identifying training needs for team members andrecruitment interviews
    • Coach and mentor juniorteam members and Qatari youngprofessionals.
