    • Handle customer inquiries regarding alltypes of services according to the Call Center
    processesand KPI s and by the suitable approach (telephone, fax,mai
    l,..) in the required time frame.

    • Captureinformation and enter data into the computer system (CRM) in atimely and
    accurate manner.

    • EscalatingProblems to the 2nd level of support using the Call Centerescalation processes.
    • Able to develop a strong rapportwith the customer and maintain call control.
    • Demonstratestrong product knowledge.
    • Able to quickly identifycustomer needs and make appropriate decisions.
    • Showa
    high level of professionalism in handling customer scomplaints.

    • Flexible to troubleshoot potentialchallenges with new and existing services.
    • Responsiblefor verifications with the customer.
    • Maintains andimproves quality performance by adhering to standards andguidelines.
    • Meet commitments anddeadline.
    • Maintain the confidentiality of project& customer.
    • Attend training whilerequired
    • Follow the QA Team leader and companyinstructions
    • Other duties asassigned.
