    • Understand the key principles ofAccor Pricing Strategies and RevenueManagement
    • Maximize rooms revenue through theconversion of telephone calls intosales
    • Consistently offer professional, friendlyand engaging service to our external guests who call hotel mainline
    • Answer hotel's main telephonenumber and handle with Raffles and Fairmontstandards
    • Processing diningreservations
    • Manage Restaurant ReservationsSystem
    • Utilize effective upselling techniquesfor rooms and dining leads
    • Understand and takereservations to support the revenue management strategies employedby the Revenue Management leader in thehotel
    • Be fluent in hotel's productsand services
    • Handling calls, faxes and emailspertaining to rooms and dining reservations
    • Befully conversant with all market segments and rate plans usedacross all distribution channels
    • Handle guestqueries and complaints relating to Rooms & DiningReservations
    • Identify sales opportunitiesthrough individuals, Corporate Accounts, Wholesalers and TravelManagement companies
    • Promote theRaffles' and Fairmont's products and servicesand ensure full knowledge of all facilities, services and hours ofoperations in order to respond confidently and effectively toinquiries and guest'sneeds.
    • Determine guest's needs andoffer the appropriate room, restaurant and charges as perguest's requirements.
    • Respond toenquiries about hotel products and services over the telephone,fax, email etc.
    • Ensure full awareness ofloyalty programs and full knowledge of special rates / offers /promotions
    • Record and process all reservationinquiries made by phone, fax or email efficiently, accurately andconvert to sale whenever possible to meet hoteltargets
    • Arrange accommodation, visas, diningand activity requirements for leisure, corporate and wholesaler,and group Guests
    • Close all deals possible tomaximize revenue.
    • Process amendments to roomreservations.
    • Ensure direct input in the OPERAsystem and ensure that bookings are made with the most accurateinformation to exceed Guest'sexpectations
    • Achieve targeted goals in HotelMystery Shopping calls
    • Maintain accuracy andcleanliness of the PMS Database
    • Ensure marketsegmentation is accurate for eachreservation
    • Ensure reservations meet theproperty standards in terms of accuracy of data and guestsatisfaction
    • Complete understanding andeffective execution of current and new RM tools. Includes OperaPMS.
    • Be involved in all property PMSconversions
    • Complete understanding andeffective use of the Hotel's telephonesystem
    • Cooperate, coordinate and communicatewith all the necessary departments to ensure highest level of guestservice and revenue is achieved.
    • Maintain aclean and safe work environment. Report any damage or loss to hotelproperty.
    • Maintain good working relations withother departments, particularly Front Office and keeps closecontact with regular guests, ensuring their needs are identified,and relayed to concerned departments for servicedelivery.
    • To understand and strictly adhere tothe Rules & Regulations established in regards to the hotelpolicy on Fire, Hygiene, and Health &Safety.
    • Streamline the process the maintain thesame service level in the two hotels
    • Performsany other duties as assigned to him/her bymanagement.
