    • The Back Office Sales Coordinatoris an inside support for the sales activity. The position handlesall activities starts from order processing and aims to deliver andfollow after sales conformity. He/She will be in coordination withSegment Managers & his/her customers ensuring closecoordination and customer satisfaction.

    Areas ofresponsibility

    • Assisting and coordinating with salesteam
    • Work closely with sales team/FO ,technical,SC ,Logistics and Finance
    • Prepare credit limitrequests ,sales orders and invoices. Coordinate the delivery andfollow-up payment collection withcustomers.
    • Ensure the effective use of Salestools, enabling opportunities to be monitored andtracked.
    • Archive documentation regarding theorder and record all assumptions and decisions taken during thedevelopment process.
    • Establish and maintaineffective customer relationships to understand customer needs.Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the deliveryprocess.
    • May perform other duties asrequired.

    • Implementation of CustomerSatisfaction Measurement
    • Follows efficiency ofthe action plan and proposes corrective action plan ifneeded
