    • Monitors the major fieldconstruction activities for assigned construction packages forcompliance with schedule and works with contractors to developmitigation measures to control schedule when slippage isdetermined.
    • Works with the constructionsupervision team to monitor the timely responses to RFIs,processing of change orders, and method statementapprovals.
    • Maintains awareness of possibleproblem areas and works to implement preventative actions to managemeeting critical milestones for each phase of theproject.
    • Supports monitoring and compliance ofthe Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, QualityAssurance/Quality Control Plan, and other approved documents by theconstruction contractor.
    • Prepares periodicreports summarizing progress of construction activities forConstruction Manager.
    • Supports the ConstructionManager in maintaining strong client and communityrelations.
    • Responsible for following up oninstructions and commitments associated with the constructionproject.
    • Coordinates RFI responses, monitorschange orders, and in conjunction with the Construction Managermakes recommendations for construction progresspayments.
    • Performs other services in support ofthe Construction Manager
