    • Ensure that the qualityrequirements of the fabrication, construction, and installationactivities, as detailed in COMPANY's main contractorapproved QC procedure and plans, are implemented in accordance withthe COMPANY's approved projectdocuments.
    • Ensure that contractor,sub-contractors, and Vendors have the required competent resources,implant internationally acceptable practices and delivery of aproduct in compliance to corporate and Project Qualityrequirements.

    YourTasks

    • Monitor all site and fabrication yardwelding activities and ensure that all welding joints were weldedas per COMPANY approvedWPS's.
    • Attending all PQR'smechanical testing to ensure complete implementation of corporatestandard requirements.
    • Witness allcontactors' welder's qualification tests andevaluate their visual and NDT results.
    • Witnessall site or fabrication yard NDT daily activities, carry outinterpretation for test results, and evaluate thefindings.
    • Monitor the stage (in-process)inspection of offshore steel structure fabrications, and top sidefacilities at contractor fabrication premises and verify theproduct conformity to corporate standard, project specs, andinternational codes/standard.
    • Report daily toQA/QC Coordinator/ Engineer and advise him on theCOMPANY's main contractor compliance with contractprocedures and standards and any matters effectingquality.
