    • Very strong team workingskills, with the ability to interact effectively with a wide rangeofstakeholders

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparetechno-economic feasibility reports for Management of Change andmulti-disciplinary Engineering Studies(Directive/Regulatory/Financial/Reliability/ SHE/Opportunity) forcontinuous-improvement of Plant Operations for all Company Assets,utilizing the Best Engineering Practices and InternationalStandards either in-house or through externalcontractors/consultants.
    • PerformEconomic/Financial Evaluation of all Feasibility Studies andOpportunities through PPMID model.
    • Develop GatePackages as per Company Project ManagementSystems
    • Provide Management of Change/Studiesrelated technical support to all company Assets (Operations)identifying the timely solution to ensure Asset Integrity andReliability sustaining Safe and Continuous PlantEnvironment.
    • Provide engineering Inputsthroughout Project Life Cycle (Pre-FEED/FEED/Detail Design stages)ensuring Quality and Flawlessexecution.
    • Participate in Safety Workshops,Cold Eye Reviews and Value ImprovementWorkshops.
    • Review & Validate allEngineering documents (Drawings/Data Sheets/Philosophies/Specifications etc) produced by Vendors, Contractors andConsultants.
    • Perform all Engineering Activitiesand develop all deliverables using engineering tools (engineeringsoftware) under Section Roles &Responsibilities.
    • Contribute developing andimplementing Department Policies, Procedures and Controls coveringall areas of Engineering Studies and Business lineactivities.
    • Mentor NDPs and cascade knowledge& information to develop them.
    • ProvideTechnical support to all company Assets to ensure AssetIntegrity.
    • Ensure all activities are undertakenin compliance with Company Safety, Health and Environment andQuality policies, regulations andstandards.
