    • Leads the monitoring andoversight of the NFXP Topsides & STP Contractor Team fieldplanning, coordination, and execution activities within designatedarea of responsibility.
    • Appraises theperformance of the NFXP Topsides & STP Contractor Team insafety, quality, cost (as applicable) andschedule
    • Prepares and provides routineverbal and written progress reports to the HOC, FAB yard-2 andupdates S-curve performance of the contractor with analysis toachieve progress
    • Ensures that the NFXPoffshore Topsides & STP Contractor Team develops,implements, and sustains its Safety and Quality program atsite.
    • Review the NFXP off shore Top sides&STP Contractor 's Construction deliverables likeMethod statements, Construction Procedures, Lifting schemes per company specifications
