    POSITIONSUMMARY
    Supply guests with directions andinformation regarding property amenities, services, and hours ofoperation, and local areas of interest and activities. Contactappropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Front Desk,Housekeeping, Engineering, Security/Loss Prevention) as necessaryto resolve guest call, request, or problem. Follow up with gueststo ensure their requests or problems have been met to theirsatisfaction. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately,completely, and legibly. Respond to special requests from guestswith unique needs. Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnelfor escort and delivery of amenities.

    Follow all companypolicies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafework conditions to manager; ensure uniform and personal appearanceare clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietaryinformation; protect company assets.

    Welcome and acknowledge allguests according to company standards; anticipate and addressguests' service needs; thank guests with genuineappreciation. Speak with others using clear and professionallanguage; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Developand maintain positive working relationships with others; supportteam to reach common goals. Comply with quality assuranceexpectations and standards. Identify and recommend new ideas,technologies, or processes to increase organizational efficiency,productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Stand, sit, orwalk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
    Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less thanor equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonablejob duties as requested by Supervisors. Marriott International isan equal opportunity employer.
