    • Review contractors'construction plans and schedules including method statements andJSAs.
    • Coordinate and control the mobilizationof contractors to sites including lay downareas.
    • Facilitate issuance of necessary permitsand Gate passes when requested byContractors.
    • Verify and endorse PTW asoperating authority prior to commence daily siteactivities.
    • Check, inspect and test completedproject work and/or arrange appropriate commissioning inspectionsand tests. Prepare Punch Lists and initiate Mechanical CompletionCertificates.
    • Ensure and follow up completionand clearance of all Punch List items.
    • Reviewand endorse "red marked" up and "asbuilt" drawings.
    • Participate inhand-over and acceptance, review commissioning procedures andparticipate in the commissioning offacilities.
    • Review and endorse ConstructionDossier for the assigned projects.
    • SupportQatari development activities by ensuring that Qatari Nationalsreceive the proper job training anddevelopment.
