- Working together with the Service Recovery Team by adopting best practices, KPIs and business related reports in order to ensure service consistency by providing the best levels of service support and coordination from Doha.
- Working closely by coordinating with Origin stations (Including GSA, Agents or even Shippers) ,Revenue Management, Network and Operations Teams to ensure efficient service is provided at all times.
- Conducting thorough analysis, investigations, and follow up with the customer regarding the issue experienced with their shipment, and the documentation of any resulting to corrective actions that need to be put in place to avoid a repetition in the future. - Relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor's level or equivalent with at least 5 years of related experience preferably in the air cargo / air freight industry
- Supply Chain / Logistics background
- Strong customer service and interpersonal business skills
- Experience in cargo sales and reservation processes
- Knowledge in cargo compliance and policies
- Knowledge of local market behavior
- Strong business communication
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
