    • Verify sales from Food BeverageDepartment are correct by examining the Food & BeverageRevenue Report.
    • Verify sales from MinorOperating Department reviewed are correct by examining the DailyRevenue Report and sales vouchers.
    • Verify thevoucher totals agree with the Daily Revenue Report and Food& Beverage Revenue Report.
    • Verify theguest ledger balance agrees with total of all account detailbalances for each room.
    • Verify that main checksare processed according to stipulated procedures and verify themain check report.
    • Record the cash revenueamounts of each cashier for whom a final inspection with completedin the General Cashier Report prepared by the GeneralCashier.
    • If the cash revenue totals do notmatch the amounts received, verify amounts through the cash overage& shortage report from eachcashier.
    • Verify that the Guest Ledger BalanceAgrees with the supporting details for each room account. Also,verify that no un-settled billingsremain.
    • Agree the Accounts Receivable ControlSheet to the sales vouchers settled as accounts receivable andafter auditing forward them to the AR or CreditManager.
    • Verify all sales vouchers are used insequence by each section and lost and voids vouchers arereported.
    • Verify that Front Office Cashiers,Food & Beverage Cashiers and Guest Services Manager areperforming in accordance with the stipulated procedures. Ensure allproblems are reported to the superior and recordedaccordingly.
