    • Calculate futureneeds in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, asneeded
    • Manage and store vendors'contracts and invoices
    • Coordinate communicationbetween front of the house and back of the housestaff
    • Prepare shiftschedules
    • Process payroll for all restaurantstaff
    • Supervise kitchen and wait staff andprovide assistance, as needed
    • Keep detailedrecords of daily, weekly and monthly costs andrevenues
    • Arrange for new employees'proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and orderinguniforms)
