    • Consistently offer professional,friendly and engaging service.
    • Report to shifton time in issued uniform in a neat, clean and tidy appearance atall times.
    • Report to assigned work areas andclean the guest rooms following the established procedures andstandards.
    • Attend actively to dailybriefing.
    • Attend to trainingsession.
    • Greet and welcome guests and addressthem by name at all times.
    • Propose help toguest whenever necessary.
    • Clean all assignedareas including but not exclusively: dusting, making beds (whenapplicable), soiled linen removal, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning& sanitizing, inside window cleaning (when accessible),replenish rooms with supplies.
    • Responsible forkeeping the areas tidy at all time.
    • Ensurerooms are cleaned, supplied & maintained according todepartmental & Forbes standards.
    • Assistsupervisor to prepare rooms for VIParrival.
    • Report maintenance needs in guestrooms or public areas & escalate request when repairs aredelayed.
    • Ensure linen supplies are adequatelystocked at pantries.
    • Monitor pantry atadequately stock.
    • Remove food trays andtrolleys from guestrooms and hallways to floorpantries.
    • Collect and deliver guest laundrywhen applicable.
    • Deliver and set up guestrequest amenities including rollways, baby cribs,etc.
    • Sign in and out master keysdaily.
    • Responsible to safe keep master keys anddevices.
    • Use cleaning supplies and equipmentaccording to set up standard. Clean and maintain equipment cleanand in good condition at all times.
    • Update andrecord the work assignment. Responsible to accept/ complete allorder sent to him / her via housekeeping messagingsystem.
    • Report room status discrepancies tofloor supervisor immediately.
    • Update status ofclean rooms promptly as soon as they are cleaned (NeedInspection).
    • Provide turn down service to alloccupied and arrival expected rooms according to departmentalstandards on the PM shift.
    • Return and properlytag all lost and found articles in the HousekeepingOffice.
    • Maintain and refill guest roomattendant small mobile cart daily.
    • Responsiblefor in-house moves when applicable (Fairmont) and ensure that allguest belongings are placed back correctly in the new assignedrooms.
    • Provide shoe shine and/or shoe cleaningservice for guests. (Fairmont Hotelonly)
    • Assist with generalinventories.
    • Report to security any doors findopen.
    • Report any unattended object tosecurity.
    • Report any sick guest/ unanimatedguest to security.
    • Report any privacy signafter 1PM to Assistant DirectorHousekeeper.
    • Ensure flowers are fresh, changewater daily and replace if necessary.
    • Reportsuspicious activities on guest floors.
    • Followdepartmental policies and procedures and servicestandards.
    • Adhere to the Company policies andprocedures and comply with the Code ofConduct.
    • Remain well-mannered and well-groomedas per company standard.
    • Follow all Fire– Life – Health & Safety - Securitypolicies and strive for constant improvement to avoid health andsafety hazards.
    • Work in compliance with FLHSSstandard to prevent injury and reportanomalies.
    • Observe and participate in thecompany recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce,re-use and recycle wherever possible.(Sustainability).
    • Complete daily assignmentsand report progress toSupervisor.
